Deine Aufgaben

Du verantwortest die Steuerung und Koordination von Dienstleistungspartnern und Elli-internen Ressourcen
Übergeordnetes Ziel Deiner Aufgaben ist die Sicherstellung der termingerechten Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an der Ladeinfrastruktur
In Zusammenarbeit mit Customer Care agierst Du als erster Ansprechpartner für Dienstleister und Kunden, z.B. zu Gewährleistungsfällen
Außerdem verfolgst und bewertest Du die Performance der Partner hinsichtlich Zuverlässigkeit und Qualität der durchgeführten Arbeiten

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium, wünschenswerter Weise mit technischem Schwerpunkt
Du hast relevante Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Kundensupport und in der Steuerung von Dienstleistern
Erste Berührungspunkte mit Ladeinfrastruktur für Elektroautos, ERP/CRM Systemen sowie Prozessthematiken sind wünschenswert
Kommunikationsgeschick, eine kreative Lösungsfindung bei unvorhergesehenen Situationen, interkulturelle Kompetenz und Organisationsgeschick zeichnen Dich aus
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab. Spanischkenntnisse sind ein zusätzliches Plus

Die Stelle ist nach der Elli-Funktionseinstufung (Grading) der Gehaltsgruppe I zugeordnet.

Your mission

You are responsible for managing and coordinating service partners and internal Elli resources
This also includes planning regular maintenance of the charging infrastructure and on-site assignments
The overarching goal of your tasks is to ensure the timely execution of maintenance and repair work on the charging infrastructure
In collaboration with Customer Care, you act as the first point of contact for service providers and customers, e.g., regarding warranty cases
You also monitor and evaluate the performance of partners in terms of reliability and quality of the work performed
Additionally, you drive system and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs, and you support the development of service products

Your profile

You have a completed degree, preferably with a technical focus
You have relevant professional experience in customer support and in managing service providers
Initial experience with charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, ERP/CRM systems, and process-related topics is desirable
You possess strong communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities in unforeseen situations, intercultural competence, and organizational talent
Very good German and English skills complete your profile. Spanish language skills are an additional plus

The position is assigned to grade I according to the Elli function grading.
