- You will be responsible for the development of a robust B2C digital services strategy for our home charging products in the area of e-mobility
- You will take over App feature or digital service ownership for the product roadmap in setting priorities, managing specifications, product development, testing, go-live and operations
- You will build up end-to end App features or digital services in working closely together with cross-functional teams from legal, hardware, processes, finance, sales and operations.
- You will set up the feature or service positioning in close cooperation with our cross-functional, agile working teams
- You will measure customer satisfaction regularly to continuously improve the customer journey, conduct market analysis and react on upcoming trends
