Your profile
- Proven track record in the charging and energy sector
- 6+ years of experience in a professional strategy or product-oriented environment
- Academic background in Engineering, Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and writing skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in German and English, including relevant industry-specific terminology
- Ability to drive large-scale strategic initiatives and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong ability to identify new business opportunities and establish frameworks for execution
- Ability to engage and influence senior leadership and stakeholders at the C-level
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong capability in data analysis and strategic decision-making
- Balanced Expertise: Good balance between functional, strategic, and financial know-how with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Expertise in establishing and managing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to shape and align strategic messaging across all leadership levels
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Strong connections within related key entities
- Experience in high-level strategy execution with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex corporate environment with a high degree of autonomy
The position is assigned to grade L according to the Elli function grading.
